Hey, it’s Valentine’s Day, and nothing tells that special someone just how much you care like going for a mountain bike ride.  So, the ride rolls out at 6pm tonight, for a 10 minute warmup, then either intervals on the intermediate side, or a trip around the expert loop (or both). Helmet, lights, CAMBO membership, and a dozen roses are required. See you there.
